Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Sova Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours (or once production/packaging has begun), cancellation may not be possible.
  • To cancel, please email us at support@thesovaco.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refunds & Returns

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping Charges & Restocking

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • A reasonable restocking fee (up to 10%) may be deducted if the product is not in its original packaging or has been used.
  • If the order was shipped free of charge, the outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will provide either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Method of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exceptions

  • Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Products showing wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.
